Services
Tech Nibas provides ready SaaS products, custom websites, mobile apps and automation. Scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing before work starts.
Payment
Subscriptions may be monthly or yearly. Custom work is billed in milestones. Payment is due by the date on the invoice.
Code and licence
For custom work, source code is handed over as stated in the agreement. Ready products are licensed for use during an active subscription; ownership stays with Tech Nibas unless a contract says otherwise.
